Your copy of Cydia does not know what version it is, itself, running.
This issue is normally cause corrupted /var/lib status file.
This seems to be caused by asking redsn0q 0.7.x to install both Cydia and Icy during the jailbreak
This situation is not readily fixable after the fact, so it is recommended that you restore when you can.
The Icy package in redsnow 0.8 may fix this yet not fully understood bug. A simple fix is to delay installing Icy.
