Preto by som Vas chcel poprosit keby ste poslali poziadavky tiez ono to zalezi na pocte "staznosti" tak mozno "prelomime lady" ked ich bude viac.

Je mi lito ale jako technická podpora nemáme informace o tom co a proč se prodává přes Appstore. Bohužel v ČR není obchodní zástupce. S tímto dotazem doporučuji se obrátit na centrálu TomTomu:

I already asked this question previously but my question got accidentally forwarded to some local support somewhere in Europe (Poland?), and the guy kept answering in wrong language, wasn't able to help me, and finally he asked me to contact TomTom support in the Netherlands. So I am sending the question again and hope that it would get answered this time.
I noticed that the TomTom Europe application for iPhone (the version with maps of entire Europe) can be purchased only from some App Stores, but it is missing in a few European national App Stores. Can you please fix this and submit the TomTom Europe for release in all European App Stores?
The list of national App Stores where the app should be released is controlled by the app developer, not by Apple. I am also selling my apps in the App Store, and for each application I always choose where I want my application to be sold, see the attached screenshot from the app management.
Currently TomTom Europe is missing in AppStores for Czech republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Moldova, Croatia and some other countries. But other versions of TomTom are present in these countries AppStores, it is just the "TomTom Europe" that is missing.
Please fix this problem, this causes that many european iPhone users cannot buy TomTom Europe for their devices, TomTom is loosing customers (and money) because of it.

TomTom Support píše:Apple have a licence to produce the app using TomTom software and resources. The app is made by Apple and is classed as an Apple product. Therefore Apple handle all issues regarding to sales and which stores they sell it in.
Unfortunately I am unable to change which stores the app is sold in.

Apple does not have any license to produce the TomTom app for iOS, and the app is being produced and sold by TomTom International BV, see the screenshot from the iTunes Store. I already contacted Apple support, and they confirmed that TomTom itself controls the app in the App Store, and they forwarded me to your support to get the answer.
