Taky tady postnu originální text.Jakž takž tomu rozumím, ale když to ještě někdo shrne, tak budu rád a hodně lidí zde na foru určitě taky.
Tady je ten text:
Hey donors - its been a while
Well do we have news for you! During the past couple of weeks since the first SweetTooth release we have found out a couple of things, confirmed a couple of things and still don't know a lot of things - also development of superfluous things like iTunes Database has progressed, which makes for quite a juicy status update.
We can now release which profile will be available first: (could I get a drum roll?)
-OBEX push object transfer!
For all of you OBEX file transfer is all you need to hear for the moment: push any object between anything be it music, applications photos, and more!
With OBEX file transfer, everything is one push away.
And for you coders out there, we are creating a fully fledged serial port API, that's right - the option to pair with devices an start (multiple) serial port emulation!
For the most of you, that doesn't mean much - but to some it means bluetooth GPS, internet sharing (say with your MacBook), and best of all - Bluetooth games!!! With Tic Tac BToe you wont have to mess around with setting up iPhone ad-hoc networks, obtaining and entering IP's - you just select your friend's Tic Tac BToe compliant phone and your ready to go. This paves the way for dozens of cool multiplayer piconet applications!
This means: applications for development of our main app SweetTooth and the API have currently closed. But the good news is if you have a good idea for another Bluetooth app (i.e. a game, something we haven't thought of, etc.) and some coding experience, we would be happy to accept you into our API Development Program. And something to please you even more - it doesn't cost $99 and you could be on the forefront of iPhone Bluetooth Development!
Applications are now open!
PM MattMac, Schmave and cscho0415 with the subject: API Dev Project Application. Please, only serious applications containing your experience with coding languages, experience with bluetooth, and your idea for an application which you would like to develop using our API. If you cannot follow these simple instructions, you are not dev worthy. This is just a request to become a developer, NOT a development request.
Now, back to the future - A2DP (and thats a2Dp not aD2p) was looking a bit glum there for a sec, but not anymore with the ingenious iTunes Database downgrade hack, anyone has an open interface to their precious iTunes Music Library. This is still in the works but lets just say a little bird told me its looking up.
Now we've had over 55 000 downloads of SweetTooth beta 1 and from that we've learnt a couple of things: we need to thoroughly test iPhoneOS 2.1 ( ) and simply add tonnes more features. Many people commented on how much SweetTooth sucked, and we took that on board (begrudgingly) and thats why SweetTooth v2 will be back bigger and better than, well - ever!
And, a truly awesome status update would not be complete without some cool technical crap and stats:
-Over 70% of the std bluetooth stack hss been pwned!
-The BT rfcomm protocol can support up to 60 concurrent serial ports at once!
-The directory for downloads and uploads (excluding photos will be) /var/root/MyBluetoohDownloads
-And more to come!
What more can I say: SweetTooth v2.1, you've just gotta have it!
The release date has not been confirmed, but sit tight and you'll find out soon enough.
...And that about wraps it up, and (I hope) stops those unrelenting email's and posts!!!
Happy Bluetoothing - its sooner than you expect...
Díky za pomoc!
