Marco, to resolve this issue I would like to suggest you to deauthorize your computer and uninstall and reinstall the iTunes Store then reauthorize your computer after that try connecting to iTunes Store again.

I can not authorize my account, conect to store and I can not syncinq apps.
Internet connection is OK. Firewall is OK. All is OK.
Problem is with iTunes 10.1 and MS Windows XP Czech version.
Many people have the same problem. All of the people have iTunes 10.1 + MS Windows XP Czech version. There you can read:
